A night dedicated to combat sports with “The stars of the ring”

Arezzo, June 12, 205 – A night dedicated to combat sports at the Capolona municipal stadium. Twenty of the best athletes on the international kickboxing, boxing, and muay thai scene will cross gloves in the thirty-first edition of “Le stelle del ring” which, at 9:00 p.m. on Friday, June 13, will turn the spotlight on a show full of adrenaline, technique, and passion.

The event, organized by Team Jakini with the patronage of the Municipality of Capolona, ​​renews one of the longest-running and most popular events in the Italian panorama, with hundreds of enthusiasts who will reach Casentino to attend the ten scheduled matches.

«All this - recalls Nicola Sokol Jakini, creator of the event, - with a special dedication: this edition of “Le stelle del ring” will in fact be dedicated to the memory of Carlo Benucci and Alvaro Semoli as a tribute to their contribution to the development of combat sports in the Arezzo area.

A special thanks goes to the many athletes and technicians who will be present from Italy and abroad and who, once again, will show the value, discipline and passion that animate this world, promising to give an evening of sport and entertainment".

The program will find one of the most anticipated moments in the match for the awarding of the WKN national champion belt of muay thai in the 73.5kg between Karim Ylias of the Team Driss of Perugia and Samuele Ajazi of the Black Eagle Gym of Coccaglio (Bs), then two matches are scheduled in boxing with the standard-bearer of the Team Jakini Anton Torres who will fight in the 60kg with Tataru Florin-Mihai from Romania and with Tony Kuqo who will be opposed to Ardit Murja in the 62.5kg.

The other crossovers will all be in kickboxing, allowing us to witness a spectacular discipline where the kicking techniques of martial arts are combined with the punches of boxing: Francesco Annicelli will fight with Yunes El Ramy in the 70kg, Giacomo Nuzzi with Hodaifa Kalafate in the 68kg, Saimon Qushku with Ayoub Tayachi in the 65kg, Amin Ettayeb with Kharim Boufress in the 75kg and Zakaria Bouheroual with Claudio Iancu in the 65kg.

The calendar of “The stars of the ring” will be enriched by the fights of two other athletes of the Jakini Team with Daniel Velea who will be engaged in the 77kg against the Romanian Daniel Bulerca and with the Italian champion in charge Sebastian Vasilovici in the 71kg against David Bolletta of the Driss Team. This event will combine sport with tourism, enhancing the territory through the presence of enthusiasts from all over Italy and abroad from which local economic activities will be able to benefit again.
